DaviApp ("we," "our," or "us") operates the DaviApp mobile application (the "App") and the website located at davigadelha.softvencefsd.xyz (the "Site"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. By registering for an account or using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

To provide personal training and coaching services, we collect several categories of information:

A. Personal Identity Information

  • Account credentials such as your name, email address, phone number, password, and profile avatar.

B. Health, Fitness, and Physical Metrics (Sensitive Data)

  • Physical characteristics (e.g., current weight, age, gender, height).
  • Fitness goals, dietary preferences, and answers to health history/questionnaire forms during onboarding.
  • Daily progress check-ins (e.g., sleep quality, meal compliance scores, workout compliance scores, weight logs, and comments).

C. Payment & Transaction Information

  • All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store or process credit card numbers on our servers.
  • We collect transactional logs, including payment attempts, outcomes, transaction amounts, dates, subscription states, and specific invoice numbers.

D. Communications & Chat

  • Direct messaging and group chat text, images, and PDF attachments exchanged between clients and coaches.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • To customize nutrition and workout plans based on your health metrics.
  • To allow coaches to schedule, approve, or manage coaching sessions.
  • To send real-time push notifications (for messages, check-ins, and booking reminders) via Firebase.
  • To process payments and manage coach payouts via Stripe Connect.
  • To audit transactions, generate invoice receipts, and prevent fraudulent activity.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share your information only under the following circumstances:

  • With Your Coach: Your assigned coach has access to your health metrics, goals, check-ins, and chat history to guide your fitness program.
  • Stripe, Inc.: For payment processing and managing coach seller accounts. Data shared is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Firebase (Google LLC): Used to deliver push notifications and store real-time data securely.
  • Compliance with Law: We may share data to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect the safety and rights of our users.

4. Data Security & Local Storage

We protect your data using industry-standard secure token-based authentication (JSON Web Tokens - JWT) and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Your active session tokens are stored locally on your mobile device. While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Your Rights & Account Deletion

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account directly through the App settings. Upon account deletion:

  • Your personal identity, health logs, check-ins, and message histories will be permanently removed or anonymized in our databases.
  • Some transaction logs may be retained for legally required financial auditing purposes.

6. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for or targeted to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data or health information from minors. If we discover that a minor under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete it from our servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of the page. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
